00:00With Lee Carsley's maiden England game as interim head coach approaching rapidly,
00:03here at Manchester World we're going to have a look at all the players with Manchester links
00:06to see where they'll fit in. So let's start with the obvious.
00:10Harry Maguire and John Stones have both made it in.
00:12Stones will be expected to start after a pretty solid Euros,
00:16while Maguire will have to battle it out with Mark Gahey for the other centre-backs lot after
00:20the latter's excellent summer. Carsley has previously played with an attacking midfielder,
00:24or a number 10. Morgan Gimswhite has earned his first call-up and has occupied this role
00:28for the under-21s, but Manchester City's Phil Foden will be looking to make it his own,
00:32with Kobe Meunier looking to battle it out with Angel Gomez, a former Manchester United youngster
00:37and another Carsley favourite, for a spot in the two behind the attacking midfielder.
00:41Rico Lewis is set to try and cement his name as an effective full-back option for the national team,
00:45while Jack Grealish has also made the squad after missing out on this summer's European
00:49Championships. Are you optimistic about Carsley's England? And who would you like to see get the
00:53full-time job? Let us know in the comments. That's all for now, follow Manchester World
