04:04O you who have believed, spend from that which We have provided you,
04:09before there comes a Day when there will be no bargaining, no friendship, nor intercession.
04:15And the disbelievers are the wrongdoers.
04:18And the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
04:21I will trade the truthful and the trustworthy with the Prophets, the truthful and the martyrs.
04:29Or as he said, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
04:34Respected scholars, dear listeners, ladies and gentlemen,
04:42this is such a long and extensive topic,
04:48it is such a topic that it is very difficult to summarize it in a few minutes.
04:54But I will pray to my Lord, the Most Gracious,
04:56that may Allah enable me to say those words,
05:00in which our current trade, economy,
05:08has spread so much in the demands of a very big modern era,
05:14that by summarizing them in a few words,
05:16and by making you listen to them, may Allah enable me to do so.
05:21Ameen.
05:25Certainly, today's youth has a desire to become a successful businessman.
05:34And they want to stand on their own two feet,
05:39not only for themselves, but for the country, the nation and the people around them,
05:46for all those people who are living in a state of disillusionment,
05:53may I be a support for them.
05:58This is a proof of the fact that when Sayyidina Abu Talib used to go for trade,
06:07he used to go to different countries,
06:10to Madinah, to Yemen, to Syria,
06:15and the Holy Qur'an has clearly stated in it,
06:18that he used to travel to different countries in winters and summers,
06:28and he used to come to Mecca and trade in big trading caravans.
06:35So, at the same time, when the Holy Prophet's age was under his control,
06:45at the age of 10 or 12,
06:47when Sayyidina Abu Talib was a little hesitant to take him with him,
06:53the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
06:56said to him with his innocent face,
07:00that I do not want to be a burden on you,
07:03because you are a family man,
07:05your progeny and your children are a long line of people.
07:12I also want to be a support for you.
07:15This was the reason why Sayyidina Abu Talib started to take the Holy Prophet with him on his journey.
07:23This journey of the Holy Prophet was so long,
07:26that in the leadership and leadership of Sayyidina Abu Talib,
07:31he was able to gain recognition from the principles of domestic and foreign trade,
07:39as well as from the principles of domestic and foreign trade,
07:47that the Holy Prophet himself started to trade in Medina.
07:53And from the time of his childhood,
08:01the principles, parameters and criteria of trade,
08:08as well as his moral values,
08:14he introduced them to the Ummah.
08:18When the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
08:21introduced the moral values of trade to the Quraish of Mecca,
08:29the famous president of Mecca,
08:33who was going to be widowed twice,
08:37and who was also looking for a man like him,
08:42he was so impressed by the moral values of trade,
08:47that he not only made him his business partner,
08:53that is, he made him a partner in business,
08:56but he also accepted him as his life partner in his marriage.
09:07And the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
09:10accepted him on this occasion.
09:13Now, in a short while,
09:15we will discuss the moral values of trade that are related to business.
09:19What is the purpose of presenting those principles of trade
09:24in the form of a glimpse from the mirror of Seerah?
09:27First of all,
09:29we will listen to the hadith of the most beloved of the Messengers,
09:33the Seal of the Prophets and the Seal of the Innocents,
09:36and listen to this hadith,
09:37and if we want to gain blessings and prosperity in our business life,
09:43then we must do so in a beautiful way.
09:53The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
09:56explained this in four principles of trade.
10:00The summary of the entire trade,
10:02the summary of the entire business,
10:04whether it is online or in the form of digital currencies,
10:09the first thing is that in the Islamic world,
10:13this was not a paper currency.
10:15And today, this paper currency, digital currency,
10:18this business of currencies that you see in front of you,
10:22which we call the exchange of gold and silver,
10:27these are only our inventions.
10:29This is the truth.
10:30Whether anyone agrees with this or not,
10:32in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah,
10:34real gold is what is truly present.
10:38This is the reason why today, the economic condition of the Ummah,
10:42which is in a bad state today,
10:44and in the whole world today,
10:46the country, Pakistan,
10:48has come to a very, very low level of economy.
10:52The real reason for this is that today,
10:54the principles of the Seal of the Prophets,
10:57which the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
10:58explained in the form of gold,
11:00in the form of silver,
11:02in the form of money,
11:03in the form of wealth,
11:05in the form of wealth,
11:06in the form of money,
11:08which the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
11:11introduced to us, we left most of them
11:13and started a self-manufactured bank,
11:14self-manufactured business,
11:16self-manufactured financing,
11:18online, or in some other way,
11:22whose questions you will ask later,
11:25and we will answer them.
11:26In those, by presenting only one hadith,
11:28I will present all the principles of this trade of the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
11:33by closing it in this,
11:35that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
11:37when you buy something,
11:40then do not force it,
11:43that it should not be that,
11:44the thing which you are buying,
11:46and with the trust of your matter,
11:51it is a good and excellent thing,
11:53but by forcing it,
11:55by criticizing it,
11:57like nowadays,
11:58the way our media is handling this,
12:02that every thing,
12:04which has no introduction,
12:07after a few cents,
12:08that least,
12:10the least expensive thing,
12:12is presented as very expensive,
12:13the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, strictly forbade,
12:16that when you buy something,
12:17do not force it,
12:20and when you sell something,
12:24then do not exaggerate it so much,
12:26that more than the reality of that thing,
12:28you present it,
12:29that your cheap thing,
12:30by making it expensive,
12:31if someone buys it,
12:32and from that, in the country's economy,
12:34in terms of currency,
12:36there should not be any devaluation,
12:38and the fourth thing is this,
12:40the third thing is this,
12:41that with deceit,
12:42adulteration and deceit,
12:44every thing of yours,
12:45every work of yours,
12:46and in everything of yours,
12:48leave it,
12:49and the fourth thing is this,
12:51that in buying and selling,
12:53stop taking oaths,
12:54because taking too many oaths,
12:56takes away the blessings in the wealth,
12:59this is the thing about which the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
13:02the trader, the truthful, the trustworthy,
13:04who are the prophets, the truthful, the martyrs,
13:07and the righteous,
13:08on the day of judgement, and as the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
13:11such traders,
13:12whose name was also given by the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
13:14otherwise in reality,
13:16it was called in Arabic,
13:17which is called in English, a dealer,
13:19and in English, the meaning of a trader is a trader,
13:22the Holy Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
13:26in order to increase the honour of the trader,
13:27by removing the name of a dealer,
13:29he gave it the name of a trader,
13:31and in the end, we say,
13:32All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.

14:09My question is that trade is purely a worldly matter,
14:16and regarding this,
14:18please explain the aspect of the life of the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
14:24In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Ever Merciful.
14:26As far as your question is concerned,
14:29this question that trade is a purely worldly matter,
14:34is by no means a worldly matter.
14:37Islam is a secular religion,
14:39in which worship, society, livelihood,
14:44marriage, society, politics, civilization, morals, character,
14:50and international values,
14:54which the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, introduced us to,
14:59all of these are called religion.
15:02In fact, I will say that this hadith of the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
15:06that he said that in trade, Allah has kept ten parts of blessings,
15:12and in those, nine parts of blessings have been kept in trade.
15:19And in those, the ninth part, which is the tenth part,
15:23which is one part, has been kept in livelihood.
15:27If you study the life of the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
15:31when the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
15:35obtained all this practice from Abu Talib,
15:38then, in his youth, at the age of 20, he started trading in livestock.
15:44And in livestock trade, there is the greatest blessing.
15:46Because the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said that in trade, nine parts of blessings have been kept.
15:50The tenth part.
15:51And the tenth part is in livestock trade.
15:53Because there is hard work in it.
15:55So, the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
15:57he also traded in goats and camels.
16:00And this was the reason that when the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
16:03brought the goods from Yemen or Syria,
16:06the goods that he brought from his own heritage,
16:10the goods that his Ummah needed,
16:14in Madinah and Makkah.
16:16So, when he benefited from it to a greater extent,
16:21then Khadiyatul Kubra, peace and blessings of Allah be upon her,
16:24the first woman,
16:26she was influenced by him and then she traded with him.
16:29By seeing that honesty, trustworthiness, truthfulness, trustworthiness,
16:32honesty, mannerism, and his mannerism,
16:37he gave you partnership in all his trade.
16:41Therefore, it is not only related to worldly matters.
16:45In fact, it is so important for us in all departments.
16:49Where there is an importance of Salah, fasting, Hajj, Zakat,
16:52there is a merchant.
16:53When he is bound to fast and pray,
16:56without any long-term worship,
16:59when he goes out to fulfill his duties and earn for his children,
17:03it is said that if he picks up a brick,
17:07he is rewarded with two Nafl.

17:38whatever work is done under the national law,
17:41it is allowed and the Shariah also orders
17:46that the laws of the country and the rules of the country
17:51should be followed and the economy should be promoted.
17:56As far as cryptocurrency and other famous currencies are concerned,

18:04it will be seen that the goods they are trading,
18:08is that goods legal?
18:10Is that goods gold and silver,
18:13which is being given on loan?
18:15Now you will also have a question in your mind,
18:17that what is loan?
18:19And what is debit payment?
18:21Both have different rules.
18:23The Shariah has set all its rules.
18:26The hadith of the Prophet,
18:29which was revealed 80 days ago,
18:31about the prohibition of interest,
18:34which he set the rules of trade,
18:37that is, the rules of buying and selling,
18:39in six things, because at that time, those six things were common and famous.
18:43But in those six things,
18:44Qadr and Qahl, that is, weight,
18:46in them, the Holy Prophet of Allah,
18:48has presented such an eloquent hadith from Ubadah ibn Samit,
18:51that,
19:07How beautiful and comprehensive is the hadith,
19:09that the Prophet of Allah,
19:11has given the rules of trade,
19:13all the businesses,
19:14all the trades, all the currencies,
19:16whether it is gold or silver,
19:18or whatever we call it,
19:21paper currency, digital currency,
19:23or that currency which is not in existence,
19:26but its use is present in your computerized system,
19:30and then it comes from your ATM to your account,
19:35then that is also considered lawful.
19:40But where the conditions in this,
19:43if they are not fulfilled,
19:44then certainly it will not be allowed,
19:47that if you send gold and silver on loan,
19:49or if you sell gold and silver,
19:51but you did not even get it to be accepted,
19:54that is, it is so important that it is in your possession,
19:58in your custody, and if you want to sell it,
20:00or pick it up, or take it,
20:02then your lawyer, your agent, should be able to get it.
20:06If that thing is not in existence,
20:08if it is a file, even a file work,
20:10and that thing is not in existence,
20:11then such a file work will not allow any such business,
20:15otherwise it will be an interest,
20:18that in the form of a profit,
20:20in the form of currency, or in the form of gold,
20:26if it is increased and presented with less interest,
20:29then it will be in the form of interest.
20:30Otherwise, there is permission for this,
20:32but the law of Shariah says,
20:34that the laws of your country should be followed completely.
20:38If our country, Pakistan,
20:39adopts this digital currency,
20:42and gives it a legal status,
20:44then, like it is in Malaysia,
20:45then in this way, its lending, its business, can be done.
