Beef Pirozhki are one of the most delicious pirozhki you can make.
In foods like pirozhki, the crust should be soft and fluffy.
To make the dough for these pirozhki, add sugar, salt, yeast, and oil to the flour, then add warm milk and mix everything by hand until the dough comes together.
To make the dough smoother, you should oil your hands, knead it for 15 minutes, cover it, and let it rest at room temperature for two hours.
For the decoration, mix a whole egg and brush it over the pirozhki, then add some sesame seeds if you like.
For the middle filling, I used a combination of beef and vegetables, but you can use anything you like according to your taste.

Ingredients for the dough:
6 Cups Flour
1 ½ Cups Milk
½ Cup Cooking Oil
2 Tablespoons Yeast
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt

Ingredients for the filling:
500 gr Beef
1 Onion for Flavoring Beef
1 kg Mushrooms
2 Bell Peppers (Red or Yellow)
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Thymes Powder
1 Tablespoon Paprika Powder
