Primoz Roglic (Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe) a remporté une 4e Vuelta ce dimanche après sa 2e place sur le contre-la-montre à Madrid. Le Slovène a pu célébrer au moment de passer sur la ligne d'arrivée. Venu au sein de l'équipe Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe avec l'objectif de gagner le Tour de France, Roglic a vu ses espoirs s'envolaient lorsqu'il a chuté. Il est arrivé sur cette Vuelta avec quelques douleurs mais il a parfaitement géré les trois semaines de course pour finalement s'imposer avec 2'36'' d'avance sur Ben O'Connor (Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale). Il accroche un 6e Grand Tour à son palmarès.
