PNP says Quiboloy was found inside KOJC compound, given 24 hours to surrender

Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) leader Pastor Apollo Quiboloy was given 24-hours to surrender after the police forces searching for him were able to pinpoint the exact location inside the 30-hectare religious property where he was hiding, a police official disclosed on Sunday, Sept. 8.  Col. Jean Fajardo, spokesperson of the Philippine National Police (PNP), said it happened at around 1:30 p.m. when police forces confirmed the presence of Quiboloy inside one of the buildings at the KOJC compound. 00:00What happened is that in the middle of the afternoon, there was a negotiation to allow them to surrender because we gave them an ultimatum.

00:17Within 24 hours, they had to surrender and there was a negotiation.

00:34Yes, they surrendered inside the KODC compound.

00:40There were 3 cases and when they arrived here, they were given the same warrant.

00:48If you can remember, there were 3 cases.

00:50They were charged with Tepas Turkey Buloy, Child Abuse, Sexual Abuse, and Qualified Trafficking.

00:57They were charged with these 3 cases and their lawyer was arrested.

01:02After that, they were charged with their Miranda Rights and their rights.

01:08After that, the ongoing process continued.

01:13Ma'am, did you receive the 24-hour ultimatum that you mentioned earlier?

01:17The PNP gave us the ultimatum that they surrendered.

01:21Otherwise, we will be charged with a particular building that does not allow us to enter.

01:27So the negotiation took place.

01:29The PNP, led by the Intelligence Group and ISAF, helped to let the PSTB surrender.
