PNP: More KOJC members seek help against Quiboloy

More young women have come forward to disclose their ordeal at the hands of Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) leader Apollo Quiboloy, the Philippine National Police (PNP) revealed on Wednesday, Sept. 11.

PNP spokesperson Col. Jean Fajardo said some of the victims approached the police during the 16-day operation at the KOJC compound which started on Aug. 24 to serve the arrest warrant against Quiboloy for human trafficking and child abuse.

00:34I'm not sure if there were additional people, but what I can tell you is that during the stay of the PNP, there were people who approached the PNP.

01:03Did they confess after they were arrested?
01:06No, even prior to their arrest, during the stay, there were people who approached the PNP.
01:12We are now in the process of coordinating with the SWDs because, accordingly, some of the parents of those abused children were the ones who approached our police officer.
01:25We are now in the process of documenting those allegedly additional victims of Pastor Tibuloy.
01:32I don't have any details yet, sir.
01:36But even how many of those are minors, I was made to understand that there were people who approached the PNP.
01:47What type of abuse?
01:49I really cannot tell you what type of abuse they experienced until such time that I was able to read their complaint.
02:00But what I can say to you is that it was revealed to me that there were people who approached our police and they were referred for documentation procedure.
