00:00Vice President Sara Duterte talked to the House Speaker and another congressman of the Human Rights Council.

00:05In the national budget, she also mentioned the request of some congressmen from their Human Rights Party.

00:11In the 5 billion pesos budget for classrooms in 2023, Sandra Aguinaldo was chosen.

00:20The budget of the Philippines is only held by two people.

01:51That is controlled by Congressman Zaldico and Congressman Martin Romualdez.

01:58For this year, the House reduced the budget of 5 billion pesos for the classroom repairs of the Department of Education

02:06and added it to the classroom construction.

02:09But according to the Vice President, the House made a list of where the classrooms will be built.

02:16We asked for permission from the office of Speaker Martin Romualdez, but they did not give their permission until now.

02:21The Vice President called what the Vice President said as a lie, that Romualdez's National Budget is controlled by them.
