01:22If there's a defect in the printing, you can just remove it and replace it with a new one.

01:28It's like a desktop printer, you can run again.

01:30You don't need an engineer.

01:32Next month, the test printing will be done by Target.

01:35December to March, the actual printing will be done by 73 million balotas.

01:41The machines can also be used to print other materials.

01:45Especially in our voters' education, we can use the ballots we give to our fellow countrymen.

01:54Komelec also inspected the space in Manila Hotel where the national candidates will vote from October 1.

02:04After winning the bidding, six hotels were booked.

02:08Only three can be included as senatorial aspirants, while four will be allowed in each party list.

02:16It won't be strict on the attire and possible gimmick of the aspirants,

02:20but they hope that the election process will be a part of it.

02:32Yesterday, Komelec also visited the two data centers that will be used in the election.

02:39The security is tight and it's designed to avoid the impact of earthquakes, floods and typhoons.

02:49They also checked the cooling system and power supply so that the Komelec server won't be damaged.

02:56Meanwhile, Komelec is reminding the public that until September 30,
