No matter how a terrible place the world is, there is always someone who proves that the good always wins. Maybe that’s the first and only chance given by a fate that has never been fair to you. The name of that chance that will change the fate of eighteen-year-old high school student Eylul (Oyku Karayel) is Ali Asaf Denizoglu (Gokhan Alkan). The story begins in a high school of a town in the Aegean region. After the two part ways, they cross paths again on the roof of Istanbul’s best hospital! The young brain surgeon Eylul tells her story while she gives a good beating to a group of bullies who raids the hospital’s emergency room. She was a rebellious girl who had changed schools many times and whom teachers didn’t want to deal with. Even when her father picked her up from the last school she got expelled from and beat her very bad, she did not shed a single teardrop. However, that day her whole life changes; the prayer of her grandmother, who ran a small hostel in Marmaris and opened her house to Eylul brings a miracle. "I wish you had a good teacher to guide you..." And he comes! It’s not known that why Ali Asaf Denizoglu comes to the countryside to be a teacher while he was a successful doctor in Istanbul. However, he is an extraordinary person who can touch people's lives once and change everything. This talent will save Eylul and make her a successful surgeon. However, he realizes the special feeling between him and Eylul too late, and lets her go. The two lovers - yes, Eylul loves Ali Asaf too, no matter how much she denies it - were separated, and years later they would meet again as two doctors.

This is the story of a girl who defeated by life, who has nothing but anger, but challenges life as a surgeon. It’s also the story of a man who will give her this courage, a guide who holds her hand and says ‘’You can do it’’. The person we all wish with all our hearts to have in our lives will always keep Eylul’s and also our hopes for life high. With love, of course...

00:11Okay. I owe you. What can I say?
00:14I know you didn't want to go into the previous surgery, but I understand you.
00:19They're two different things.
00:22I'm saving the mother of a girl now, not a teenager.
00:27Because no one should be without a mother.
00:30I love you.
00:31I love you too.
01:00I love you too.
01:23I'm sure the police are on their way.
01:26Someone wanted him to die.
01:28That's for sure. They even had eyewitnesses.
01:31They said he was beaten up before he was pushed into the house.
01:36Was he beaten?
01:37Unfortunately.
01:39Who pushed him?
01:42I don't know.
01:58The artery in the arm was badly damaged.
02:13Yes.
02:19We'll have to fix his nerves.
02:28I'll call you back.
02:34Alp, let's make a joke.
02:36Right away.
02:41Did you tell Selim's family, Alp?
02:43His family?
02:48He has a wife living outside of Istanbul.
02:52Anyway.
02:53I'll let them know.
03:03It's over.
03:08All that's left is to call and give antibiotics and wait.
03:13I hope he gets over it as soon as possible.
03:22I hope he gets over it as soon as possible.
03:35Please don't get over it.
03:38Please.
03:44You did the wrong thing to the girl.
03:46I regret it now.
03:48Samu, focus here.
03:50I'll be right back.
03:56I'll be right back.
04:10Here you go.
04:16Are you okay?
04:18I'm okay.
04:20I'm okay.
04:39It was a difficult surgery.
04:41I'm sorry for all of us.
04:43You did a good job.
04:45I couldn't have done it without you.
04:47You brought him here.
04:51It was very difficult for me to cut his arm.
04:54It was one of the most difficult decisions I've ever made in my life, Esra.
04:57You did the right thing.
04:59Is the right thing to take the surgery of a man who dedicated his life to the hospital and gave up everything?
05:06No.
05:08The right thing is to give him his life back.
05:10To keep him alive because of his dreams and what he wants to do.
05:13But his life was a doctor's job anyway.
05:15It was his profession.
05:17Look, Asaf.
05:19I've been through a lot of these things while I was on duty in the east.
05:22I really understand what you feel.
05:26You know everything a surgeon can do.
05:30I know.
05:31Look, this loss may be a headache for Selim.
05:34He may be forced to accept it when he wants it from you.
05:37He may even blame you.
05:42It was very difficult to make a decision.
05:44Obviously, it will be difficult later.
05:46Be prepared for this.
05:48This was what you had to do.
05:50If I were in your place, I would do the same.
05:56Thank you, Esra.
06:11That shop was for Eylul.
06:12Eylul Hakkı.
06:15With that dirty money.
06:18Every bite that passed through my throat for years.
06:21It's forbidden to me.
06:23It's forbidden.
06:24Is that possible, Uncle Vedat?
06:26Eylul.
06:29Eylul told me.
06:31My daughter told me, but I always...
06:35I didn't believe that snake.
06:37Now my daughters don't talk to me.
06:39They're right.
06:41They're right from head to toe.
06:45Now give these to Eylul.
06:50Tell her what I said.
06:53No, Uncle Vedat.
06:54I can't take these.
06:58I'll make you a simple coffee, okay?
07:01You think calmer and healthier.
07:04Okay?
07:11To that area, please.
07:20Did you hit your head in the accident?
07:23I got a little hit, but it's nothing important.
07:26Would you show it to anyone after you got here?
07:29Alihan, you're on one side and I'm on the other.
07:32I had it checked.
07:34You know very well what I think about self-identification.
07:37You know very well what I think about self-identification.
07:40I know what I am when I am not what I am.
07:43How many hours have passed since the accident?
07:45Oguz, that's enough.
07:47Are we in surgery or interrogation?
07:49If you're in my surgery, yes.
07:50You're in interrogation.
08:04Tell my mom you're a bad person.
08:08Did she hear you?
08:12I don't know.
08:13Maybe she heard.
08:16I hope she didn't hear.
08:20If she does, it's okay.
08:22My mom calls me Ertugrul.
08:26But...
08:29What if she dies?
08:31If she dies, there's nothing you can do.
08:38You know, before my dad died, I said a lot of bad things to him.
08:42But it's not as simple as a bad person.
08:46Really bad things.
08:50I don't know if we could have looked at each other's faces if we had stayed alive.
08:55Your father was born.
08:58You would have made up for sure.
09:00You don't know that.
09:02It doesn't matter anymore.
09:05Because my father is gone.
09:09I wish he were alive.
09:12We wouldn't have forgiven each other.
09:17Mom.
09:20Mom.
09:24I may be a bad person, but I love you.
09:27I love you.
09:29I may be a bad person, but she's my mom.
09:34I wish she were alive.
09:41Oguz and Eylul will make it, right?
09:45Because they did much harder surgeries, right?
09:48They'll make it.
09:49Don't worry.
09:51Trust them.
09:53I haven't seen them leave anyone halfway.
09:56Your mom will be fine.
09:57Trust me.
10:00I believe you.
10:02There's no other way.
10:19Can we stop for a second?
10:23You don't look well. I'm telling you because you're gone.
10:25Why are you insisting? We're all here, can't you see?
10:28Oguz is telling the truth.
10:30You have a headache.
10:32If you want, I can take you to a doctor.
10:34Sam, mind your own business.
10:36Oguz, let's finish the surgery.
10:38Step back.
10:40I don't understand.
10:42This patient is my patient.
10:44I want you to leave right now.
10:46Right now.
10:51İpek entrusted her mother to me.
10:53This is a hospital.
10:55These are our patients.
10:57They're all entrusted to us.
10:59Don't worry, İpek's mother and I care about you.
11:02What's going on?
11:04What's going on?
11:06Guys, is everything okay down there?
11:09Eylul had a very difficult day.
11:11She said she couldn't continue the surgery.
11:14Is she okay?
11:16Yes, Eylul.
11:18You're going out, I'm coming to help.
