00:00To blur or not to blur? The PNP explained why they blurred the magshots of Pastor Apollo Quibuloy and four of his accomplices after the DILG released the clear magshots of Quibuloy.

00:20The blurred magshots of Pastor Apollo Quibuloy and four of his accomplices were released by the PNP yesterday.

00:30In the official magshots released today, DILG Secretary Bennor Abalos saw their faces.

00:36The PNP's policy is to follow the advisory and guidance of the Commission on Human Rights that we should not be exposing their acquaintance.

00:49That is the personal request of Pastor Quibuloy and his lawyer.

00:54The explanation why Quibuloy's face was covered when presented to the public yesterday.

00:59The request of lawyers and individuals, we really cannot force them to show their faces. I can assure you, I will entrust my service to them.

01:08According to Quibuloy's lawyer, there is a dispute regarding the agreement on the confession of the pastor.

01:13It is not clear what this is, but the word magshot was mentioned in his post.

01:19Quezon City RTC Branch 106 transferred Quibuloy and his accomplices to the BJMP Jail Facility in the case of child and sexual abuse.

01:29But they will remain in the PNP Custodial Facility because of the commitment order in Pasig RTC Branch 159,

01:37where they are facing a case of qualified human trafficking that cannot be considered.

01:43We don't want to run the risk that they will be transferred to the QC and they will be bailed and the PNP will no longer have control there.

01:52Quibuloy and his accomplices will be separated and they are not allowed to use gadgets.

01:57On Friday, Quibuloy's arraignment via videoconference in Quezon City RTC and physical appearance arraignment in Pasig RTC.

02:07Davao Regional Police is preparing the possible complaints that will be filed against them by Kingdom of Jesus Christ,

02:14the organization that conducted the operation in their compound.

02:16Davao Regional Police is also studying the filing of complaints against KOJC.

02:22We are still trying to get hold of the KOJC.

02:25In a resolution, Davao City Council called on the Interior Department to investigate the human trafficking of police officers

02:34in the constitutional rights of the members of KOJC.

02:37The DILG has not yet announced anything about this.
