Typhoon Yagi Leaves 141 Dead in Vietnam, Hanoi Prepares for Severe Floods

The death toll in Vietnam from Typhoon Yagi has risen to 141 with 59 others reported missing. The government has also issued an evacuation warning in downtown Hanoi due to flood concerns.
