00:14World No. 3 Filipino pole vaulter EJ Obiena believes that there are many Filipino athletes who have the potential to succeed in the world of strength.
00:23In his homecoming ceremony, EJ made the importance of the grassroots program so that new athletes who can make a name for themselves in the country can succeed.
00:33He is also one of the athletes who are facing the challenge of having enough facilities for training.
00:40The grassroots program would allow us to have more talent pool.
00:44The more athletes who try pole vaulting, the more chances of getting the next Kaloyulo.
00:52But without, of course, the facility, it's kind of hard.
00:56EJ also thanked everyone who received his award this year.
