* Black mustard (काली सरसों) - 1 Tsp
* khari Red chili (खरी लाल मिर्च) - 2
* Asafoetida (हींग) - ¼ Tsp
* Curry leaves (करी पत्ता) - 1 Tsp
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 2
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)


Method to Make Pakhala Bhaat:

Take 1 cup of rice and wash it thoroughly.
will cook the rice.
When it comes to a boil, reduce the gas flame to medium and cook the rice.
Once the rice is cooked, leave it aside to cool.
When the rice cools down, add curd to it and mix well.
Add salt and sugar to the batter and mix it.
Take two spoons of oil, heat it, add black mustard, red chili, asafoetida, curry leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves and apply it on the rice.
