* Water (पानी)
* Curd (दही) - 2 Cup
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1 Tsp
* Salt (नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Oil (तेल) - 2 Tsp
* Black mustard (काली सरसों) - 1 Tsp
* khari Red chili (खरी लाल मिर्च) - 2
* Asafoetida (हींग) - ¼ Tsp
* Curry leaves (करी पत्ता) - 1 Tsp
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 2
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
Method to Make Pakhala Bhaat:
Take 1 cup of rice and wash it thoroughly.

When the rice cools down, add curd to it and mix well.
