Em meio à pior seca já registrada, o Brasil continua lutando neste fim de semana contra milhares de incêndios, cuja fumaça atinge grandes cidades como São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro, além de afetar países vizinhos.

In the first twelve days of September 2024, the number of fires (49,266) has already surpassed those recorded during the same period in 2023 (46,486), according to satellite data from the National Institute for Space Research (INPE).
