01:19if they say that the Prime Minister will decide as an independent ruler who will be the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court,

01:28then I think this matter will go to court because it will be a confrontation with the basic principle of the law.

01:35And the Supreme Court will look at it. And it is quite possible that this constitutional amendment will also be rejected.

01:41There is room for this in our law. The simple law can be completely rejected.

01:46But if the constitutional amendment also collides with the basic principle, then it can also be rejected.

01:52Right. Are you anticipating, Mr. Raje, that after the decision of 63-64, a change in the law will be made in that regard?

02:08Sir, the vote count that will not be there, the decision of the Supreme Court that we saw,

02:16If they present a constitutional amendment in that regard, then we will see what kind of constitutional amendment comes.

02:26But to accept that constitutional amendment, if people break the constitution of 63-A or go beyond that limit and vote against it,

02:40then their vote will not be counted.

02:42But this is a matter of eggs and mice. You want to change a case by opposing that case.

02:54No one can vote against the direction of their party under 63-A, as the Supreme Court has explained.

03:02So you want to reject that judgment through a constitutional amendment.

03:07But to reject that, you will have to vote under the current constitutional amendment.

03:13You cannot vote against it and make a constitutional amendment.
