Painted storks reached Delhi Zoo: दिल्ली के चिड़ियाघर यानि नेशनव जूलॉजिकल पार्क में हर साल हिमालय की तलहटी से पेंटेड स्टार्क इस मौसम में यहां पहुंचते है. ये ठंड के मौसम में यहां प्रवास करेंगे और मार्च तक फिर अपने मूल निवास हिमालय की ओर प्रस्थान कर जाएंगे. दिल्ली जू में इनके प्रवास की मुख्य वजह यहां जू प्रशासन की ओर से इन्हें दिया जाना वाला महौल और भोजन है क्योंकि इस मौसम में हिमालय में बर्फ जम जाने से इन्हें भोजन यानी मछलियां नहीं मिल पाती इसलिए ये दिल्ली पहुंच जाते हैं अपने भोजन और प्रजनन के लिए.
