00:06it. You know, just bringing a little fantasy to the Emmy's been so far. I
00:13mean, I am doing my best not to cry. I am. This is really magical. This whole
00:18experience so far has just been a beautiful day and everyone that I'm
00:22seeing on the carpet. I'm just feeling so inspired and I'm really grateful to
00:26be here. What was your morning like? I want to know first. That means you're
00:29out here, you're doing the thing. What? You woke up and you were like, what?
00:34Meditated and I took a long back. I was like, yes, that's how I wanted to start
00:39my morning. I'm just gonna have a long soak in the tub and feel relaxed. You
00:45can tell you're you're at ease. You're excited, but you're at ease. I love it.
00:50Obviously fantastic to be at ease, but to see lessons in chemistry so
00:55celebrated here tonight. Tell us what that feels like. You know, to be, this
01:01is what I've been saying to everyone all week long, like to be able to work
01:04in this industry to make a living doing the thing that you love is already so
01:07much of a blessing. And then to work on something that is so meaningful to
01:11people so impactful that it brings me here tonight. It's the kind of thing as
01:16an actor you are sometimes afraid to hope for because you want it so much
01:21and you don't want to be disappointed if it doesn't happen. And it just makes
01:24me feel wow, dreams really do come true. She said it. She said it. She said
01:29and I love it and I love it. We'll get you tissues if we don't cry. Don't
01:32cry. He's like, we'll get you tissues. I'm like, no, don't cry. You look too
01:37good. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. Oh, my gosh.
01:42Oh, we're having a whole therapy here today. It's a therapy session. There we
01:46go. Yes, I'm really grateful. Give us a lesson in chemistry. Okay, when you're
01:51walking onto a new set, what are the vibes you're setting? How do you set
01:56the tone chemistry wise? Chemistry wise. I love that twist. I do love the twist.
02:00I'm gonna say, you know, what is what do they say? They say it takes few. It
02:05takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile. So when you are walking
02:09into a space, do so with kindness and joy because that is contagious and it
02:14makes everyone grateful to be around you and to do the thing that we're doing
02:18and collectively. We're all a team. Everything in us has to work together
02:22in order for the body to operate the way it should. And the same goes in any TV
02:27show production and in life in general.
02:30Before we let you go, you learn how to get away with murder. You've done some
02:34lessons in chemistry. What other what other class do you want to be in or
02:39teach?
02:41I mean, that is that is a great question. I'm not entirely sure what
02:46what else I want to teach because I'm definitely going to be diving back into
02:49the a bit of a murderous realm with my next project. Okay, well, good. You have
02:53a leg up. You already know how to get away with it. There we go. Amazing.
