00:00So what goes into making the maple, bacon and hazelnut sausage roll the best in Australia?
00:11So we make all our pastry here from scratch, so we use a full butter puff, so like a French
00:18style puff, so it's just that wrapped in nice clean, so we use, where we can, we use mostly
00:26local bacon from Kiewit, and yeah, it's just putting all those flavours together.
00:33And I guess what was the inspiration behind it initially?
00:37Just playing around, and it was one, I've never had a special become one of the most
00:42popular things so quickly, everyone who tried it just raved about it right from the start,
00:49so we knew we were on to a winner.
00:51And what's it like to be voted best in Australia?
00:53It's pretty amazing, it's yeah, it's something that I didn't dream would happen when we started
00:59this business, but here we are and it's really just a testament to, we work really hard to
01:05try and make our pies and sausage rolls the best they can be, so yeah, it's really special.
