According to new research by personal injury claims experts Claims.co.uk, the most stressful jobs in the UK have been revealed. Police officers, social workers and community nurses have been ranked among the most stressful professions, with the job roles reportedly taking a toll on mental health.

00:12Well, some of the other jobs which ranked highly on the most stressful jobs list included
00:16roles of community nurses, nursing professionals and education teaching professionals, such
00:23as primary school and secondary school teachers and tutors. Now, according to another piece
00:28of research conducted by Cipher, it was found that stress is something dealt with by one
00:34in nine UK adults every single day. These results found that a quarter of UK adults
00:40say that workload demands cause them major stress, with nearly a third of people adding
00:46that work in general makes them feel stressed.
00:49The research found that roles with less public-facing responsibilities and lower stakes can contribute
00:55to a healthier work-life balance.
