00:33According to the police, the mode of the suspects is online buy-and-sell of motorcycles.

00:39They buy motorcycles at a low price.

00:41They will be posted online to be swapped for other motorcycles.

00:44And the new unit will be sold at a high price.

00:48Based on the investigation, a 28-year-old man was the one who swapped his motorcycle,

00:53which is worth more than Php 100,000 less than the scooter of the suspect, which is worth the same.

01:00This happened in Antipolo City on September 2.

01:03But it was found out that the suspect bought his scooter for Php 45,000 only.

01:08But then after a week, when our victim went to the LTO for transfer of ownership,

01:21that's when he found out that the motorcycle he bought was falsified documents.

01:29The victim tried to contact the person who made the transaction but his number was blocked.

01:34He also went to the address of the suspect who was identified as Peke Rin.

01:58There is also a member in that messaging app who matched the motorcycle he described.

02:22Another buyer helped him buy the big bike of the suspect's first victim for Php 95,000.

02:29In their meet-up at ML Quezon Avenue, Barangay San Isidro, Angonong Rizal this week,

02:34the police arrested the suspect and his accomplice.

02:37According to the suspect, he started buying and selling bikes in 2019,

02:42which were later upgraded for the trading of motorcycles.

02:45He admitted to his modus.

02:47But he admitted that he was also the victim of buying a motorcycle online.

02:51I thought that the papers were only in Xerox, in Talon Casa.
