00:00A 12-year-old wanted man was arrested in a case of rape against a minority in Valenzuela.

00:13The accused refused to give a statement.

00:16We have first news, Bea Pinla.

00:18We are arresting you on the basis of warrant of arrest in the case of rape.

00:25This 45-year-old man was not able to give a statement when he was arrested by the police

00:31because he repeatedly raped a minority in Barangay Marulas, Valenzuela.

00:37The accused has been seeking a 12-year-old for three counts of rape.

00:43The victim was only 15 years old when the man raped her.

00:48On September 20, 2012, I received three counts of rape.

00:54According to the police, the accused was a former neighbor of the victim who works as a construction worker.

01:01More than a decade before he was arrested, he was finished by an informant.

01:05A confidential informant was able to teach the victim that the accused was resisting rape against a 20-year-old girl.

01:17They were happy with the arrest and when they arrived, a resident of the house of the accused was able to teach them.

01:27We tried to get hold of the man, but...

01:30No comment ma'am. I'm okay here. I can still eat even though no one is harassing me.

01:38The accused is currently in custody at the Valenzuela City Police Facility.
