Beyond the Time Barrier (1960) | Traspasando la barrera del tiempo

The film follows the story of U.S. Air Force test pilot Major William Allison, who breaks through the time barrier during a test flight in his experimental aircraft. He finds himself propelled into the distant future, specifically the year 2024. In this post-apocalyptic world, Earth has been devastated by a cosmic plague that wiped out most of the human population and left the survivors sterile and living underground.

Allison encounters the survivors, who are now mutants, and a small group of humans who are attempting to save their dying race. As he navigates this dystopian future, he discovers that his arrival has brought hope for humanity's survival but also faces challenges as he tries to find a way back to his own time.
