Pre-made puff pastry is the key to keeping this recipe quick.

00:00I am making the most delicious wild mushroom and brie tart.
00:11So I'm starting with some cremini mushrooms that I am just quartering.
00:14Just going to let these hang out while I clean my other mushrooms.
00:18Ooh, yeah.
00:21So I have a package of puff pastry, and these are two sheets.
00:25I'm using them both.
00:26I'm going to take some of my arugula and just put it on the bottom.
00:31Scoop the mushrooms on top.
00:32Now let's layer some cheese.
00:34So make sure you don't have any of the arugula or the filling sticking out, because you want
00:38to have a really nice seal for this.
00:40So I'm going to do one more thing to this.
00:42I'm just going to poke it, because I want any air in there to release.
00:47This baby's ready for the oven.
00:49Okay, let's cut into this.
00:51And then this gorgeous mushroom and brie tart on top.
00:57Even though those mushrooms kept cooking in the oven, they still have such a meaty bite
01:02to them.
