02:34There is no fraudulent fund and if there are any audit findings,

02:38they are ready to answer it in court.

02:40And if there is another case, they will face it in court.

02:44She is a politician, that's why she is the contrarian of the investigation.

02:48What we are witnessing now is no ordinary legislative inquiry.

02:54This exercise is a well-funded and coordinated political attack.

03:00This much is evident from the very words of the privileged speech that prompted this inquiry.

03:09A speech that's simply meant to say,

03:14Do not vote for Sara on 2028.

03:18It is clear to me that this inquiry is not about misused funds, accountability or governance.

03:26Instead, it is solely aimed at discrediting my name and my office to prevent future political contests.

03:36What you are trying to do is make a case for impeachment.

03:44I am not a candidate for the upcoming election.

03:49It is noteworthy that in the last hearing of the House Appropriations Panel,

03:52Vice President Duterte was informed about the spending of confidential funds of the OVP in 2022.

04:01The Appropriations Committee also recommended that the OVP budget for 2025 should be more than a million pesos.

04:10You have the complete freedom to do whatever you wish with the OVP budget.

04:18If you feel that all the documentary submissions are not enough,

04:23then by all means, don't give a budget.

04:27I will not allow myself to be subjected to an inquiry based on an empty privileged speech

04:34just so you can attack me and do indirectly what you failed to do directly during the budget hearings.
