00:00Yeah, and the scary part is a number of people, a chunk of people I know kind of had the Rams
00:08listed as their underdog of the season, thought that they were going to be one of those teams
00:12that their defense kind of kept them in there and then their offense was going to get more
00:15explosive once we got past the halfway point of the season.
00:18And I mean, just to kind of play a role run through for this game, first quarter, Cardinals
00:23entirely in charge, picking up two tutties to close things out.
00:26In the second quarter, touchdown, field goal, field goal, again, Cardinals completely in
00:31control.
00:32Third quarter, they continue to dominate, picking up a touchdown and a field goal.
00:36Rams find a way to find the end zone.
00:38Fourth quarter was all the Cardinals closing out the day.
00:41So you did call it Harrison Jr.
00:43Not to mention is that if they got that comfortable and confident with him versus the Rams team
00:48initially that they thought was going to put up more of a fight, again, injuries and all
00:52these other things being kept in mind.
00:54The Cardinals are one of those teams that do well with momentum swings.
00:57So something to gauge as we get ready to gear into week three.
01:00Now, another team that had some drama going on, not in the sense of a lot of or not probably
01:06the focal point being injuries and a rookie having a heyday, more so the sense that Joe
01:11Burrow and the Bengals don't get the W today.
01:14Really, really tight game.
01:15A lot of issues with some of the play calling.
01:18You know, there's a lot of conversation around the Chiefs where there's always these calls
01:21that tend to protect them.
01:23Or when they don't have consistent plays that are called and just letting them play.
01:28Or like those last minute crunch time ones where it does work in favor of the Chiefs.
01:32And that's not me saying it.
01:33That's what I was reading.
01:34The frustrations of how the game played out.
01:36But Chiefs walk away with this one, 26 to 25 frustrations on the sideline for the Bengals.
01:40Jamar Chase throwing his helmet.
01:42And this is hours after the news comes out that the Bengals and Chase are tabling negotiations
01:48while the season continues to go along.
01:51of insurance policy that Jamar Chase takes out on himself to make sure that he is protected
01:55against injury.
01:56But is all of this just becoming a massive distraction for the Bengals?
02:00It's not becoming a distraction.
02:02It's been a distraction since training camp with Tee Higgins holding out and then franchise
02:07tag and adding Chase into the mix.
02:11It's not going away anytime soon, especially if they're going to be not discussing or not
02:16discussing extension in the season or in the offseason.
02:20It's just going to be looming over the team the entire year.
02:23As for this game, a bit of all over the place where we have good calls, bad calls, late
02:29field goals, this, that, everything is swinging.
02:32I will say Patrick Mahomes didn't look good.
02:34And that's just like an objective fact that he goes under 200 yards, the lowest game of
02:39his career that he played a full game, two touchdowns, two picks.
02:43Him sitting at plus 260 for the MVP, I think is egregious.
02:47And you just like you shouldn't be betting that.
02:50And the first number I would look at on that list is Josh Allen, a plus 600.
02:54I think what he does statistically can match up with Mahomes.
02:57I think the Bills can win their division.
02:59I think they can compete for the number two seed, which is super live for the Bills right
03:03now with the Ravens and the Bengals, their biggest competition faltering to start the
03:08season.
03:09It's shaping up to be Chiefs one and Bills two in seeding.
03:13And if Josh Allen can match the stats or exceed the stats of Mahomes, that's where
03:17the value is going to be lying at plus 600 for Mahomes, not Mahomes, but for Allen MVP.
