00:00We give some credit to the Falcons defense at this point, like, are they good?

00:08I mean, Bates coming in hot, Justin Simmons being able to pick off Patrick Mahomes and
00:12making it look like something he's just going to do every season and without a problem.
00:16I mean, is it time to finally say the Falcons have found a rhythm with their defense?
00:21I think they have.
00:22And you know what I said previewing the Monday night game was like the Falcons defense in
00:28week one, like all things considered, like they looked pretty good.
00:31Like they held the Steelers to no touchdowns and it was all Chris Boswell knocking down
00:35field goals.
00:36I had granted, you know, it was Justin Fields there, a new quarterback, our quarterback
00:40on a new team, I should say.
00:42So they held them to no touchdowns.
00:43They were good against Philly at times.
00:45They obviously stepped up to, you know, control things in the second half and they were like
00:49pretty good against the Chiefs.
00:50So like we're on the right track or you, I should say you were on the right track about
00:54the Falcons and their defense.
00:56Now they have to like have a full defensive effort and a full offensive effort for four
01:00quarters all at the same time.
01:02And then they can put together some wins.
01:04Yeah.
01:05And you did mention that.
01:06And I will say, I think that after, you know, with the offense not being able to help contribute
01:09to a win and the team actually losing, it kind of overshadowed what the defense was
01:13capable of.
01:14So that's a great way to put that in sense of we've got weeks ahead of us, but I think
01:17they lived up very much to the hype and showed that they are going to be a defense to contend
01:20with.
01:21It was a lot of fun watching this Sunday night football matchup.
