00:00Three men linked to Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings have been charged in

00:06the Seremban Sessions Court with a total of 14 counts of sexual assault on boys aged between

00:129 and 11.

00:14Habib Nozairi, Kunais Fatty Qabil and Ahmad Nazrul Islam Azizan pleaded not guilty when

00:19the charges were read to them before Judge Sreeta Budin.

00:23According to Udusan Malaysia, the trio, who are teaching assistants, are accused of committing

00:28the offences at a religious school in Kuala Pila, Negeri Sembilan.

00:32The charges were framed under Section 14A of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act

00:372017 for touching the body of a child for sexual purposes and Section 14B of the same

00:42act for making a child touch the body of another for sexual purposes.

00:47The offences are punishable with imprisonment for up to 20 years and whipping upon conviction.

00:53The court fixed bail at RM12,000 for each charge in one surety and ordered the accused

00:57not to interfere with prosecution witnesses and victims.

01:01The court fixed October 30th for re-mention of the case, submission of medical reports

01:06as well as appointment of defence lawyers for the accused.
