00:00Josh Pickering, what are your feelings about the season here at Sheffield now at the end of tonight?
00:05Oh, to say tonight, gutted. You look out throughout the season, obviously we've got a lot of moments we can be proud about, we can be happy for, but to miss out so close right towards the end there, it's a bit disheartening and you can tell with the mood around the place.
00:23Did you feel it was a slow start tonight and what do you think that was down to?
00:28The weather's changing, forever changing. We haven't been here for a couple of weeks. When you're here week in, week out, you can sort of chase the setups a little bit easier. Tonight it was a lot cooler, the track was a little bit greasy early on and for me personally, my first two rides, my bike wasn't doing what I'd like it to do and I ended up changing a few things and then got it to go on my third one and then finished with two wins.
00:51It went the right way, but yeah, as you said, it was a bit of a slow start. I feel like if we could have drawn that lead back to six points or whatever after the first four heats, we probably would have been in a lot better position. In fact, we ended up being 16 down, so we lost another four.
01:06Tonight did get away from us a little bit in the end, but we kept charging on, battling on and we can't take any credit away from Bellevue. They're a great side, they've got great riders within their team and full respect for them and congratulate to them, but for us on a personal point of view, it's very disappointing.
01:26Is there any news on Ben Cook tonight? Is he okay?
01:29No, I haven't heard about Cook yet, so obviously we can just wish him all the best. It's never nice seeing any rider crash, but someone I've grown up with and known since seven years old, it does make you look at things a bit differently. We can just hope he's as well and as safe as possible and all the right people around him doing the right things.
