00:04Alice Goh's temporary release was postponed even though she paid a triple fee

00:11for the two cases of graft in the Valenzuela Regional Trial Court.

00:15She was arrested again because of the new arrest warrant for the case of Qualified Human Trafficking

00:20that was filed in Pasig RTC.

00:29Dismissed Banban Mayor Alice Goh was quickly placed in the Valenzuela Hall of Justice

00:34as part of the tight security.

00:36On the morning of the 1st of May,

00:38she was arrested by Judge Elena Amigo Amano of Branch 2A2

00:41but the trial for the two cases of graft did not continue.

00:45The motion to quash information was obtained

00:48by the defense that was first filed in Kapa Starlak RTC

00:52where the case was first filed before it was transferred here.
