00:00Authorities are already on the lookout for the expected landfall of Hurricane Hiner tonight or tomorrow early in the morning in Northern Luzon.

00:08And from Dagupan, Pangasinan, Jasmine Gabriel-Galman of GMA Regional TV is live.

00:19Vicky, the various local governments in the province of Pangasinan are already alerted to the possible effects of Hurricane Hiner.

00:27Evacuation centers are also ready.

00:34Because of the expected approach and passage of Hurricane Hiner, the students were sent home early to Kasiguran, Aurora.

00:41Tonight or tomorrow early in the morning, the storm is expected to landfall in Aurora or Isabela.

00:47But just now, signal number one has been raised in some places in Luzon.

00:52In Pangasinan, red alert status has been raised.

00:56Even our monitoring, massive information dissemination, our water assets should be ready.

01:02PDRRMO is also closely monitored in river systems in the province, including the Bod River in San Fabian.

01:09Rescue equipment and emergency vehicles of PDRRMO are also positioned.

01:13We expect that we will still experience moderate to heavy rainfall here in the province of Pangasinan.

01:20Before the storm hit, some of the main roads in Tagupan City, Bunsod and Hightide were flooded.
