00:44to make it more difficult for working class people.
00:46I didn't go down that route because of A, the costs and B, it's just very ridiculous
00:50at the minute. It might put people off, especially foreign students coming over to the UK, but
00:55if that's what they've got to do, they've got to do it. I mean, it's what the government says.
