00:00Two men were separated and arrested in Antipolo on charges of rape.

00:05One of the suspects is the cousin of the victim, EJ Gomez.

00:11In the visa of the arrest warrant, this 41-year-old man was charged

00:19on charges of rape to two minors who are his neighbors.

00:23In Andalucía Street, Sitio Dorado, Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City.

00:28Based on the investigation of the police,

00:29the rape happened in 2018 to 10-year-old minors.

00:34Accordingly, in their area, it was known that they were sniffing.

00:40The parents of the victims were informed about the following story

00:44told by their classmate.

00:46He followed our WCPD and we produced the documentary requirements,

00:53especially the laboratories that prove that the victims were sniffing.

01:02The court issued an arrest warrant against the accused on September 17.

01:06According to the police, the wife of the suspect herself helped the authorities

01:10to arrest the man.

01:12The accused refused to pay the fine.

01:15That's why I refused to pay the fine so that I can prove that I have nothing to do with the case.

01:26In another operation of the Antipolo Police, this 21-year-old man was arrested

01:31for sniffing to his cousin.

01:34He was served an arrest warrant in Peña Francia, Barangay Cupang in Antipolo

01:39at 6 p.m. last night.

01:41The crime happened on May 27 this year, according to the police.

01:45There was an instance that there was a party and they were both drunk.

01:50But his cousin, who was a woman, was sleeping.

01:55Accordingly, he was taken to the CR and he was detained there.

01:59The father of the victim saw the two coming out of the CR

02:03and he immediately went to the police.

02:05On August 20, 2024, the arrest warrant was issued against the accused.

02:10He refused to pay the fine.

02:12He was just drunk, but I wasn't drunk yet.

02:14I helped him to go to the CR because he said he was going to confess.

02:18He was the one who got drunk.

02:20Then, there was something going on with that man.

02:23Then, I just helped him to go home.

02:25Nothing happened that I expected.

02:28In the custodial facility of the Antipolo Component City Police Station,

02:31the accused are in jail for rape complaints and statutory rape.
