00:00Hiya, my name is Hannah Constance, I go by the street art name HMC, and today we're in White Alley getting a mural.
00:09What do you hope to get out of the mural? What's the inspiration and the meaning behind it all?
00:15Well a lot of inspiration is really just to create a sense of community.
00:20We have a lot of kids coming past wanting to get involved, which is pretty fun,
00:25and even the adults, everybody seems to give a lot of positives about it.
00:36And have you worked on any sort of big projects like this in the past in Newton Abbey?
00:41Not in Newton Abbey, I've worked on projects in Belfast, especially around Belfast city centre,
00:46with the North Street Art Festival and various artists that way.
00:51So this will be my first mural in Newton Abbey.
00:56What's the mural, once it's finished over the weekend here, what's it all going to show?
01:01So the finished piece is going to be It's a Little Rain, which is the smallest part of Ireland,
01:07in a secret garden almost.
01:11The inspiration came from the meadows close by, so that's where we've taken a bunch of wildflowers
01:17and berries and flowers that grow out there.
