00:00A car hit a road in Pasay. Four people were arrested in the incident, including armed Chinese nationals.

00:18This was captured by a dashcam of a car in Ross Boulevard at 3 o'clock this morning.

00:23It ran fast while in front of a luxury car.

00:28We can also see a motorcycle with a police vehicle on the left.

00:36Two vehicles collided.

00:39But the luxury car still ran and hit the road on Hill Puyat Avenue.

00:43A car hit the road.

00:45The car went out of the luxury car.

00:52They were shot several times and their car was left behind.

00:56They were going southbound to Buendiak.

01:02A Honda Odyssey was hit by a BMW sedan.

01:08The occupants of the BMW sedan went down and the Honda hit them.

01:25We can also see a witness of what happened.

01:28While driving in the back, the front tire was shot.

01:32The front tire was stopped.

01:34There was also a gunshot in the front.

01:38The driver and his accomplices ran to the scene.

01:47When the police arrived, the suspects tried to escape.

01:52But two Chinese nationals and one Filipino were caught.

01:56Another suspect, who stole an e-bike while escaping, was arrested in Parañaque.

02:01Two of the suspects were armed with guns.

02:05They were also caught with knives, expensive bags, IDs and car plates.

02:12The case we are going to file is a violation of our Republic Act 10591.

02:21We are also going to file a case of carnapping for the theft of an e-bike.

02:31We also have reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property.
