00:23This is after he was supposed to be transferred last night from Camp Krame to Pasig City Jail.

00:38The PNP CIDG dismissed Mayor Alice Guo last night based on Miranda Rights.

00:43Guo's face was blurred in the photos and videos given by the PNP.

00:47While he was undergoing the booking procedure, he was taken fingerprints and mug shots.

00:52That was after the arrest warrant was issued against him from Pasig RTC Branch 167 for the case of Qualified Human Trafficking.

00:59The court also ordered that Guo be transferred to Pasig City Jail.

01:03Qualified Human Trafficking is non-bailable.

01:06As part of the process, Guo will also undergo a medical examination.

01:11We have to wait for some certification to be issued by the PNP General Hospital.

01:16But again, it's not yet done and considering that it's very late at night,

01:21that was the decision of the CIDG that it's not too late because the DGNP will not accept him if the documents are not enough.

01:30He needs to return a warrant as part of the judicial process.

01:34The stand of the PNP when these processes are not yet done, they have to return first the warrant of arrest issued by RTC Branch 167.

01:45This will happen on Monday because it's closed on Saturday and Sunday.

01:50It's expected that Guo will be transferred to Pasig City Jail on Monday.

01:53But according to Guo's lawyer, Atty. Stephen David,

01:56they asked the Pasig RTC yesterday to keep Guo in the PNP custodial facility.

02:51Ivan, Police Colonel Gene Fajardo, the spokesperson of the PNP, said that all the processes will be completed this weekend,

02:58like the booking procedures and the medical examination this weekend.

03:03But Guo doesn't need to leave the custodial facility.
