Kuma Academy Holds Fourth Annual Blue Magpie Operation in Taipei

On this year's National Disaster Prevention Day, held annual on September 21, Kuma Academy, one of Taiwan's leading non-profit civil defense groups, organized a large-scale drill to train people on what to do in the event of a war.
