00:00I'm here in sunny Soho and we are on the hunt for two of London's newest smash burgers.
00:09So we're just walking past Supernova which is just there and along with Four Legs the Pimsoll
00:14they're probably serving some of London's best known smash burgers
00:18but the two we're going to check out are two completely new openings.
00:21There's not too much truffle aroma but when you sink its teeth into it you really get the
00:30truffle hit. Good Maillard reaction, very very crisp patties. You're going back in.
00:36Now there's a tasty burger.
00:40You've got three smash patties in the large, cheese between each one.
00:45I mean it looks good, it looks meaty, it looks beefy.
00:52Good sauce, really creamy.
00:56Maybe their other patties were a little bit crisper.
00:59Good pickle flavour. Yeah, really good smash burger.
01:03Let's go find 7th Street Burger.
01:09Huge pickles and absolute whoppers but it means you get a really good
01:12strong pickly hit and they've really crisped up the corners of that beef so it's super crisp.
01:19Really good.
01:24You see how crispy they've got the patties there.
01:28Pickles not quite cut as thick, sweet caramelised onions and that little truffle butter which is in
01:35the burger. Really good. It's interesting, I think that the normal cheeseburger at 7th Street is
01:42better. It's got those thick cut pickles, it's really really delicious. Definitely worth it.
01:48I would say that actually the truffle burger though at Junk is better than the truffle burger
01:55at 7th. The patties are really good and to be honest both are absolutely worth a visit.
