00:00A man in Quezon City has been arrested for possession of shabu and gunpowder.

00:10The suspect admitted that the gunpowder was not shabu, but a medicine for his leg.

00:38This is a negotiation between the barangay and the police on a man who was the subject of a drug by bus operation in Barangay Commonwealth, Quezon City.

00:46Shortly after, a man threw a gun at him and took it out of the window of his house.

00:52He was followed by another man and he was arrested by the police.

00:57The police caught the video after the man possessed shabu.

01:03When the operatives identified the man, the 57-year-old man told the suspect.

01:09When we said that he threw the gun, he didn't throw it because his house was locked.

01:15When he threw the gun, we didn't make sure that he opened the door because according to our asset, he had a gun.

01:28Aside from the gun, the suspect also took 25 grams of shabu, which is worth P170,000.

01:36According to the police, the suspect is operating in Barangay Commonwealth.

01:40We have been targeting him for a long time. We have been studying him for almost two months.

01:44It's hard for him to enter his house because his transaction is only within his window.

01:49Before he can give drugs, we will text him first.

01:54According to the QCPD, the gun was not licensed and was obtained from the suspect.

01:59It was submitted to the crime lab for a ballistic examination.

02:03This is the third time that the suspect has been jailed after he was caught because of a drug-related case.

02:28According to the police, the gun was not licensed and was obtained from the suspect based on a crime lab investigation.

02:34The suspect is facing charges of violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act and Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
