China Conducts Rare ICBM Test

China's military says it conducted a rare atmospheric test of an intercontinental ballistic missile. The weapon, carrying a dummy warhead, flew over the south of Taiwan and the U.S. territory of Guam before landing in international waters in the Pacific Ocean.
