00:19Quincy, Christian, Jessie, and Delilah wrote,
00:21"'The cause of her death has long been established.
00:24"'There was no foul play.
00:25"'An autopsy ruled Kim's death as a result of pneumonia.'"
00:29They continued, "'Our mother should be remembered
00:32"'for the beautiful, strong, kind,
00:34"'and loving woman she was.
00:36"'Her memory should not be tainted
00:37"'by horrific conspiracy theories.'"
00:40Another item their statement touched on
00:42was a book that reached the top
00:43of the Amazon bestsellers list.
00:45Released before Diddy was indicted
00:47on sexual trafficking and racketeering charges,
00:49the alleged memoir has Jamal T. Millwood
00:52and Kim Porter listed as co-authors.
00:54But according to her kids,
00:56claims that her mom wrote a book are simply untrue.
00:59She did not, and anyone claiming to have a manuscript
01:01is misrepresenting themselves.
01:04Kim's ex and Quincy's father, Al B. Shure,
01:06has also disavowed the alleged memoir.
01:09In a series of IG posts, he even writes,
01:11"'I am writing this post to formally request
01:13"'an investigation into an entire group of individuals
01:17"'who worked at or around the residence
01:19"'of Miss Kimberly Porter.'"
01:21However, Quincy, along with his brother and sister,
01:23said in their statement,
01:24"'We ask that everyone respect our request for peace
01:27"'as we continue to cope with her loss every day.'"
01:30After Diddy's arrest, Combs' attorney said
01:32he and his client were disappointed
01:34at the unjust prosecution he was facing.
