00:36This is the usual situation on the westbound lane of Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City every morning.

00:41There's a lot of traffic every day that the motorists are filling up.

00:45There's a lot of vehicles from Elliptical Road to Tandang Sora when it's rush hour.

00:49The passengers, even if it's just an early morning,

00:52find it hard to ride.

00:55That's why Sir Ernie spends an hour and a half on the trip so that he won't be late for work.

01:00When it's rush hour, for example, I left home at 5 am,

01:06I find it hard to ride because there are a lot of people here and it's hard to ride.

01:18I just adjust the time so that I won't be late.

02:33Since I used to commute to EDSA, it's really effective.

02:43The MMDA clarified how it was supposed to be.

02:47They will place it in DPWH, DOTR, and QCLJU.
