00:00The Commission on Elections is talking to the Congress to immediately submit to them a copy of the concurrent resolution

00:14The Cabinet Chairperson, George Erwin Garcia, said that it would be better if the concurrent resolution is submitted

00:21before the day of filing of the COC in October 1.
