00:00Several incumbent officials have signed their Certificate of Candidacy in the office of Comelec in San Juan City today.

00:16Angelique, today is the day 3 of the COC filing here in Comelec NCR in San Juan City.

00:21Aspiring lawmakers are selling their own programs and initiatives that they will follow if they will be elected in the 2025 midterm elections.

00:35It was past 9 in the morning when the dream of becoming a Congressman in Metro Manila in the 2025 midterm elections began to come true here in the office of Comelec NCR in San Juan City.

00:49Incumbent Makati City Vice Mayor Monique Lagdameo came here first as a candidate for Makati 1st District.

00:58According to Lagdameo, she used to be a publicist and because her 3rd term as Vice Mayor is coming to an end, she wants to return to Congress.

01:08Lagdameo accompanied incumbent Makati City Councilor Dennis Almario to the meeting of the COC.

01:21Mario, if he's not worried because he only has 3 barangays left in his district after leaving Embo Barangays,
