00:00The government is now ready to launch the new Philippine Service Fair in the province of Cavite on Friday.

00:07It is expected that more than P800 million worth of assistance, services and programs will be provided by the government.

00:15Mel Alasmora reports.

00:21In the streets here in Cavite, the posters and banners of the new Philippine Service Fair have already spread.

00:28The stage and seats here in Aguinaldo Shrine are also ready where the BPSF Opening Ceremony will be held.

00:36Police are also on the move.

00:38On Friday, September 27, the 24th leg of the BPSF in the country was officially launched in the province.

00:46Under the leadership of President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr., the ceremony was led by House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

00:53According to the BPSF National Secretariat, the needs for the celebration are already met.

00:59I would say, ma'am, the target of what needs to be accomplished today, as of now, is 100 percent accomplishment.

01:08This will be the third for the Calabarzon.

01:11So, in preparation of our agencies, they are already prepared.

01:17Among the local hosts of the BPSF Cavite,

01:20Cavite's 2nd District Representative Lani Revilla,

01:23Cavite's 1st District Representative Jolo Revilla,

01:25and Aguimat Party List Representative Brian Revilla.

01:28They expect to reach 100,000 beneficiaries,

01:32which will contribute more than P824 million pesos worth of assistance, services and programs

01:39that will be provided to the two-day BPSF caravan in the province.

01:43For example, in DFA, yes, there will be a free passport on wheels here in Aguinaldo Elementary School.

01:50This is just a first-come, first-served.

01:52Even if you cannot enter the slot for the passport on wheels,

01:58there are still many agencies that provide assistance and can provide services for our people.

02:06And not only that, there is also a lab for all.

02:10We also have a lab for all here from the DOH,

02:13led by our First Lady, First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos.

02:18The good news is, aside from the BPSF caravan itself,

02:22there will also be pocket events held in the province

02:25that will help various sectors in the area.

02:29The ECIP will be held in Alima Elementary School.

02:33The CARD will be held in Imus City Grandstand.

02:38This is the Cash Assistance and Rice Distribution Program.

02:41And the SIBOL, the Startup Investment Business Opportunity and Livelihood Program,

02:47will be held in Maple Grove, General Trias, Cavite.

02:52So I hope that our new Philippines BPSF caravan will be successful here in the province of Cavite.

03:02Organizers in Cavite need to register in order to enter this one-stop shop caravan.

03:08But the walk-in participants will also be accepted.

03:12For the local hosts, the arrival of the BPSF caravan in the province is a big help.

03:17So I hope that the residents will benefit from this.
