"Faraj" in Arabic means "relief" or "deliverance," and this prayer is a way for believers to express their longing for the return of the Imam, seen as a guide who will bring justice and peace to the world.

The prayer is filled with hope and reflects a deep spiritual connection to Allah, asking for the removal of hardships, oppression, and difficulties faced by the community and the world at large. It reflects faith in divine timing and the belief in eventual divine intervention to restore balance and fairnes It is often recited individually or in congregational gatherings, especially during times of distress.
