00:00Because today is CDC Day, we will bring to you the programs and projects of Clark Development Corporation

00:06for the continued development of the Clark Freeport Zone towards a new Philippines.

00:13Expect a better transportation system inside the Clark Freeport Zone

00:19with the help of the launched Clark Loop.

00:22Let's take a look at this report.

00:24Clark Development Corporation successfully launched the Clark Loop,

00:32the latest transportation system in Clark,

00:35which is expected to provide benefits to residents, workers, and tourists in Clark Freeport.

00:41It was led by Clark Development Corporation President and CEO, Attorney Agnes VST-Devanadera,

00:48Department of Transportation Undersecretary Jesus Ferdinand Ortega,

00:52and Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board Chairperson Teofilo Guadis III,

00:58and ribbon-cutting of Clark Loop,

01:00the first bus transportation system inside a Freeport in the Philippines.

01:06Clark Loop aims to bring benefits to companies and businesses in Clark.

01:11It was led by CDC President and CEO, Attorney Agnes VST-Devanadera,

01:16that the Clark Loop will be an important aspect in supporting other Freeport transportations

01:23and will help improve the overall transportation system in Clark.

01:29The target is to be able to have a loop for the main transportation

01:37and that will integrate all the other transport systems existing.

01:44Wala kong mawawala ng trabaho, wala kong magigisplay, we will all be together in this.

01:54Ang Clark Loop ay magbibigay ng tulong sa pagsusulong ng ease of doing business

02:00at pagpapaba ng cost of doing business sa Clark Freeport.

02:04And what we are promoting is for our locators to have much use and ease in doing business

02:13but also to reduce the cost in doing business.

02:17Otherwise, we may not be able to have them here in Clark and in the Philippines.

02:24And so, what are we giving to our rising public, to our employees,

02:31to the 140,000 workers in the zone and our guests?

02:38We are giving them a fully air-conditioned bathroom.

02:42Samantala, ipinabatid naman ni Yusek Ortega ang buong suporta ng DOTR sa bagong proyektong ito sa Clark.

02:49Ayon kay Ortega, inaasaan nilang maging modelong Clark Loop para sa iba pang lugar sa bansa.

02:55This is something that we hope other places around the Philippines will follow.

03:01Maganda po ang programa neto. This is the program which is always the objective of DOTR.

03:08It is always about our passengers.

03:12Dinaluhan din ang mga ilang opisyal ng gobyerno at pribadong sektor ang naturang launching.

03:18Samantala, nagpahayag naman ng suporta sa mga programa ng Clark Development Corporation,

03:23si LTFRB Chairperson Teofilo Guadis III.

03:39Ang Clark Loop ay mayroong 25 stops na magkokonekta sa mga pangunahing lugar sa loob ng Clark Freeport,

03:46tulad ng SM City Clark at Clark International Airport.

03:51Ang Clark Loop ay magkakaroon ng modernong cashless payment system gamit ang deep cards at app-based payments.

03:58Maaaring makabili ng deep cards sa mga sumusunod na lokasyon.

04:01SM City Clark Main Entrance, Flagpole Area, Clark International Airport Departure Area Bay 9,

04:08at Lugaw Republic Kiosk sa bus stop ng Clark Airport.

04:12Pwede rin itong mabili online o sa mga e-commerce platforms at iload na lamang ang iyong card pagkatapos bilhin.

04:19Kung walang available na deep card, maaaring mong i-download ang mobile app ng deep.

04:24Pagkatapos mag-download, bumili ng QR ticket gamit ng app.

04:28Pilihin lamang ang Clark Loop bus, magbayad gamit ang mga available na e-wallets,

04:32at kapag sumakay sa Clark Loop, ipakita at iscan ang QR code sa iyong app.

04:36Samatala, ilang mga pasahero naman ang nagpahayag ng kanilang reaksyon sa kanilang pagsakay sa Clark Loop.

04:43For us po, malaking help po siya. Magandang experience namin dito.

04:48On time naman siya, every time na sumasakay po kami pagka-out namin.

04:53Very convenient siya, maluwag. Andali lang ng process, sobrang bilis lang, tinapt lang, and then that's it.

04:59So parang feeling mo, nasa Korea ka na tapag gamit ng ganito ang class ng bus.

05:05Si Clark Loop kasi may definite schedule. Aside from that, yung fare niya is mas mura.

05:10Very thankful ako kasi na-launch siya at saka very hassle-free.

05:17I'm very thankful to CTC to launch this kind of transportation and also very affordable.

05:24So, hopefully, maging successful siya.

05:27Saka as we can see, yung driver natin is very, talagang gina-engage nila kami.

05:31So, hindi ka mahirapan. User-friendly naman yung mga equipments na gamit.

05:35Mas okay po, ma'am. Mas lalo po ako. Hindi po ako nag-harder siya pag-away.

05:41Okay lang po yung step-over kasi po, unang-una, hindi po siksikan sa upuan.

05:45Mas comfortably ako. Atsaka ano po yung safety po. Tumantawa po ako.

05:52Mas malapit po.

05:53Opo, hindi na po ako mag-suffer na maglakad ng one hour pabalik ng VHX.

05:58So, malaking tulong po talaga. Maraming salamat sa Clark.

06:03Pet-friendly rin ang Clark Loop at sumusunod ito sa mga alituntunin ng LTFRB

06:08na nakasaad sa supplemental guidelines on the policy

06:12allowing pet animals inside public utility vehicles,

06:15alinsunod na rin sa Memorandum Circular No. 2019-019.

06:21Ayon dito, maaari lamang isakay ang mga maliliit na alaga na may maximum na timbang

06:26na 10 kilo kasamang kanilang carrier o container.

06:29Kaya't kung pasok ang timbang ng inyong mga alaga, pwedeng-pwede silang sumakay ng Clark Loop.

06:35Ang base fare ay 15 pesos para sa unang limang kilometro

06:38at magkakaroon naman ng karagdagang 2 pesos and 75 centavos bawat kilometro.

06:43Sabantala, ang maximum fare ay aabot sa 49 pesos para sa buong biyahe patungong Clark International Airport.

06:50Ang mga pasahero ay kailangan din mag-tap-in kapag sumasakay

06:54at mag-tap-out kapag bumababa upang hindi ma-charge ng maximum fare.

06:58Ang Clark Loop launch ay dinaluhan din in a basis conversion ng Development Authority President

07:03at CEO Joshua Vincang at Luzon International Premier Airport Development Corporation President

07:09at CEO Noel Mananquil.
