00:00Next, the Eagles go to Bourbon Street. The Saints, who are out to a great start, 2-0,
00:09over 44-plus points in each of their first two games. Eagles coming off a tough loss
00:13at home on Monday night. Let's hear from Saints quarterback Derek Carr. He says, doesn't matter
00:18what we've done the first two weeks. Doesn't matter. Eagles don't care about that. We've
00:21got to keep winning and scoring points.
00:23Every week is a new challenge. Every game, every play is a new challenge. And that's
00:28the beautiful thing about football. You get to put the ball down and go find out. I said
00:31that last year. I say it this year. It doesn't matter what we did the first two weeks. Philly
00:36don't care about that. They're coming here trying to beat us in our home. And so for
00:40us, we get to put the ball down and the work that we put in from the offseason and then
00:46this week until Sunday, that's what's going to count.
00:50So look, this team, you know, I guess yesterday I'll give you that Adam kind of convinced
00:57me that the Eagles never play well there. It's been a house of horrors for them. And
01:03he's also like selling me that Jalen Hurts sucks. Like he literally said all of the above.
01:10And I think the Gardner Johnson injuries of concern, I'm at some level questioning Nick
01:17Sirianni's smarts. I start to wonder about his decision making. I think there's a game
01:25going on on that sideline between Kellen Moore and Nick Sirianni. It seems to me and he'll
01:32never admit it, but it seems that there is some jealousy and he doesn't want him there.
01:36That he was that Howie Roseman put him there and he put Nick Fangio there. I think that
01:43Nick thinks he can make all the decisions, but they helped him by getting these new coordinators
01:49and you saw him already say, well, he's the guy calling the plays. I'm the head coach.
01:54So I think something's going on on their sideline and I think that might get in the way of their
01:59season. You know, he still said yesterday, Adam, that the Eagles are going to win the
02:03division. I don't see how you see that through the murky waters, but they're swimming in
02:09right now.
02:11It's hard to say all that and still think they're going to win the division, right?
02:15It's hard to say we have all these problems, but they're still going to win the division.
02:19I'll say this. I don't love what I've seen from them, but I don't care about their history
02:25in New Orleans. I think they're going to get it done this week. I'm going to go after the
02:28Saints, Scotty, one last time. I'm not a believer yet in what they've done. If they do it to
02:34me again this week, God bless them. I'll start to get on the bandwagon a little bit. I think
02:38the Phillies are better than them and I think they're going to go in the Dome and beat them.
02:40It's two and a half right now.
02:41I think, you know, with the injuries, with Brown, with Gardner-Johnson, I have a problem
02:46with that and I'm going to still slide in with New Orleans here on Bourbon Street at
02:52the Superdome. I think I'll take them if that number is still two and a half. If it starts
02:56going to three and all the rest, then I start getting a little wishy-washy on it, but right
03:02now I'm still Saints.
