00:20a man was arrested by the police for their drug by-pass operation.

00:25The suspect was arrested when he was 32 years old.

00:28He was found with 40 grams of shabu worth Php 272,000.

00:47According to the police, the suspect had a major operation in Novaliches.

00:51It wasn't just a drug by-pass operation.

01:11The suspect was released last April because of an illegal possession of firearms.

01:15In 2017, he was found guilty of illegal drug possession.

01:19He was asked about his arrest.

01:27The suspect is facing a complaint for possession of a comprehensive dangerous drugs act.
