00:00It's absolutely incredible down here at the moment. We were expecting about 300,000 fans
00:07attend the grand final parade. And looking around, I think we managed to get that figure.
00:12There's just a sea of people everywhere you go. A lot of Sydney supporters, a lot of Brisbane
00:16supporters, everyone really excited to get a glimpse of their favourite players here
00:21at the parade. Now, the parade started at Melbourne Park, it weaved through the sporting
00:25precinct and it made its way here to the MCG. Fans lined up against the fence, all
00:31to get a glimpse of those players in the Premiership Cup as well. Here's a listen, take a listen
00:36to what some of the fans had to say.
00:39Crazy Lions, born in Melbourne, grew up early, early 90s, late 80s with the Lions. Roozie,
00:45Osborne, Doc, and yeah, followed the Lion, got Lions in my heart.
00:49As a non-Victorian, we have a mantra. You support any team, except a Victorian one.
00:56Do you think this one's a win? Yeah.
00:58Where are you going to be watching it? Are you going to be here or are you going to be
01:00at home watching it? I'm going to be at home watching it.
01:03And who are you most excited to see here today?
01:06He-me. He-me.
01:10See a lot of excited fans, as you can see. Now, the players after the parade, they headed
01:16inside the MCG for one final training session, and some fans will get a glimpse of that as
01:22well. It is the first time since 2006 that it has been two non-Victorian teams play in
01:28the Grand Final, but that hasn't deterred anyone at all, and it just goes to show how
01:32big AFL really is here in Australia. It's an absolute sellout tomorrow, and we're expecting
01:39weather just like this today, so I'm sure it will be a fantastic game.
