00:00Just like the not guilty plea of Alice Goh regarding her case of Qualified Human Trafficking in the court in Pasig,

00:24Alice Goh attended the arraignment of her case of Qualified Human Trafficking

00:28in Pasig RTC Branch 167.

00:31Ma'am pleaded not guilty to the crime alleged.

00:33She is affirmed that she is not guilty to the crime that she was accused of.

00:38That case was followed by Goh's arraignment

00:41in the Pogo raid on her town in Mambantarlac,

00:44where hundreds of Pogo workers were rescued

00:47who were forced to fight cyber scams.

00:51Witnesses also made a list in the pre-trial conference.

00:54The next hearing is on October 1.

00:56The legal team of the former mayor of Mambantarlac is also studying

01:00where Goh can be transferred so that they can take care of her safety.

01:05That is followed by a speech in the executive session with the senators.

01:08But while in Pasig City Jail,

01:10Goh was able to adjust from being transferred from the PNP Custodial Center.

01:15She was ordered to be taken to the hospital for a lung check-up.

01:21As we know, ma'am can easily adapt.

01:24But in terms of comfort, this is a big adjustment for her.

01:30The arraignment of Goh's accused partner, Walter Wong Long, did not continue.

01:34His lawyer was able to suspend him

01:37because he did not go through the preliminary investigation.

01:40But he was included in the case of Qualified Human Trafficking

01:43in Pasig RTC Branch 167.

01:46You are not a respondent in a case,

01:48but you were denied information or case in court.

01:51So his right to due process was violated.

01:54The court ordered Long to be suspended from the preliminary investigation.
